Why Time Travel Romances Wouldn’t Work Outside Romance Novels

This post first appeared on a blog site long gone, in 2011, when I first released Bannockburn Binding.  I’ve reproduced it here because it’s a good discussion about time travel (which I am so happy to be back into writing!!) -t. Time Travel romances are a particular favourite of mine.  I got hooked on the idea […]

Season of Denial is now available for pre-order on Amazon (at last!)

I’ve had readers pelt me with virtual olives, for not allowing them to pre-order from Amazon at the same time every else gets to pre-order from B&N, Kobo and iTunes.  This is not actually something I can control.  I’m not being mean.  Amazon doesn’t allow authors to set up pre-orders earlier than 90 days before

The latest in the Scandalous Scions historical romance series is now available for pre-order.

I’m a little bowled over by the response to the last book in the Scandalous Scions series.  Veil of Honor reached as high as #16 on the Hot New Releases list on Amazon, and as I write this, nearly four weeks after the release, it is still on the Hot New Releases list — currently at #65.

Heart of Vengeance Free on Kobo For A Short Time.

For Kobo readers, Kobo are running a free title promotion for a few days, for Mysteries and Thrillers. My book, Heart of Vengeance, is part of the promotion, which looks odd at first.  However, despite having “historical romance” slathered all over it the novel is, in fact, a romantic suspense that also happens to be set

The latest Scandalous Scions historical romance is now released!

Veil of Honor, book 6 of the Scandalous Scions series, was released a week ago, and the response was staggering. It has broken all my personal sales records for new releases. It reached as high as #16 on the Hot New Releases list, and is still midway up the list, ten days later. It has 63 reviews

DRAGON KIN now on pre-order at Amazon.

I’ve been getting some rather good feedback on the first book in my new King Arthur series, Once and Future Hearts. The first book, Born of No Man, is getting some rave reviews.  It reached the top 100 in Ancient World Romances, and #16 in the Hot New Releases list, which was amazing. Here’s some review

Love King Arthur? Try this!

I love and adore the King Arthur mythology, and have since I was quite young. So it is a thrill to sink into the stories and recreate the tale my way — in this case, via twelve romances. Why twelve books? Arthur fought twelve battles, culminating in the Battle of Badon Hill, before Britain was free
