Articles
An Explanation.
Yes, yes, I’m a novelist. But if you keep writing novels long enough, you generally build up a lot of non-novel pieces of writing as former generations of writers tended to collect pencil shavings. I’ve taught writing classes, given public speeches, directed workshops, been on panels, written speeches for other (better) speakers, researched white papers, run blogs, and also written more than my share of articles both for readers and for other writers.
I’ve also moved through life for more years than I care to lay claim to, and that tends to provide experience of its own that adds to the pile quite without my intending it to. I’m quite sure this list will continue to grow, too.
Most of articles, essays, and general meanderings are here, arranged in some sort of order so you can find them of use, if you’re game to venture among them.
Many of the acticles here refer to the term anchored author. You may well wonder what that is. This article here will explain: ”What the hell is an anchored author?”
