One of my favourite parts of writing a thirteen-book series—especially this one—has been hearing what readers have carried with them, argued about, loved fiercely, or sent me passionate emails over. I’ve kept a little folder of reader notes and reviews that reminded me why I kept going, especially on the days Arthurian Britain refused to behave.
