May your 2018 be brilliant and most of all, happy.
Unlike previous years, this year I sat back at my work desk on December 28th and haven’t stopped.
Today being the first of the month and the first day of the year, I have been entrenched in my office all day and have only now got around to posting, when I usually post first thing.
I have major news in the works, most of which I will share with the newsletter, although if you’re particularly sharp-eyed, you may have already noticed some of the changes here on the site.
As I have done in previous years, I thought I’d do a recap of my 2017 in stories for you:
772,898 Words, that went into:
12 novels
5 short stories and novelettes
and various blog posts, including 1 very long one from which I created a booklet!
It may sound like a lot to you. For me, it’s a frustratingly low number. I have so many stories I want to write, and not enough time to get them written. Each year, I strive to squeeze in more.
If I manage to stick with my production schedule as it is currently sitting (and I met last year’s schedule), then 2018 promises to be even more productive, with some really interesting stories to tell.
I hope your 2018 is as promising as mine! Let’s go get it!
Cheers,
Tracy
