Mother’s Day

Unlike Father’s Day, which has different dates depending on where you’re standing on the globe, Mother’s Day is pretty much universal – the second Sunday in May. Which means that while the flowers are being spread around Canada, my own mum, in Australia, is also being toasted – by me, all the way over here.
