Working Notes – December 19, 2012

Holiday SeasonI’ve been madly Christmas shopping, orchestrating free promotions for you for the holiday season, and producing books – blog posts sort of fell off the horizon for a bit.  Oops.

I hope you all enjoyed the series of three free books over the last three weekends?

Two of them were repeats: Blood Knot and Bannockburn Binding.  One of them was a brand new offer:  Dead Again.

All of them, however, have been offered free for the last time, so I do hope you took advantage of the opportunity.

Vivian’s Return

I’ve been on a big push to rework some of my older titles and get them out before the end of the year.  Vivian’s Return is one of them.  The old title was Dare to Return, but it has been renamed to fit with the series it belongs to, Go Get ‘em Women.

For five years Vivian and Paul were together, constantly challenging each other to greater and more daring feats. Paul flew helicopters and often helped in sea searches and rescues. Vivien won championships in all the dangerous sports—windsurfing, scuba diving, rock climbing, and flying. Through it all, Paul was right there beside her.

Until suddenly and without explanation, after a sea rescue that went horribly wrong, Vivien left town.

Seven years have passed and Vivien has returned. Why is she back? And what will happen when she meets Paul?

Vivian's Return by Tracy Cooper-PoseyVivian’s Return is available at Amazon, ARE, Smashwords, and eventually will be available at B&N, Kobo, iTunes, Sony, etc.  It is available in all the popular formats and print.

Terror Stash

This is a new romantic thriller I’m hoping to have released before the end of the year.  It has been written for a number of years, but never been published.  It’s the book I’m currently working on.

American diplomat Montana Dela Vega, posted to laid-back Western Australia, discovers a band of known terrorists hiding deep in the bush.  Laughed at by superiors, she must find courage and her own resources to expose the ruthless zealots.

The only people who believe her wild story are Caden Rawn, the mysterious and physically intimidating man with a terrifying reputation, and a bloody history that dogs his every step; and Steve Scarborough, a local police officer with an instinct for the truth and a secret of his own.

Caden and Montana’s private investigations entwine them in tragedy and fear, and teaches them the meaning of friendship…and love.  They must face the cost of truth and the courage of their convictions for Montana’s terrorists are very real and very deadly indeed—and they want Montana for themselves….

Terror Stash doesn’t have a page of its own yet.  Soon!

Have a great mad-rush-before-that-day week!

Cheers,

Tracy
