This is a straight-forward and useful guide to building the meta-table of contents — not just the one the reader sees at the front of the book, but the navigational links within the document that the Kindle software uses to jump a reader around the book.
I’ve had this since early July and so far, I’m a fan.
It has some really useful features for authors in particular who are holding down day jobs (isn’t that most of us?).
