Renée Stephens

Unlike other diet books that tell you what to eat, and sometimes even when and what with, this book is all about what goes on in your head, and how to reprogram your mind toward effective weight loss.

There’s also a highly successful podcast, Inside Out Weight Loss, by the same author, that is great backup for the book. Do start at episode One, if you want to dip into the podcasts.
