The Virtual Book Tour for Ningaloo Nights is Officially Over.
I finally got to take down the “temporary” book tour page today. The last of the tour dates are in the past.
Lessons I’ve learned from this tour include:
1) Never try to type on a Blackberry and drink soy mocha at the same time, especially while sitting in the front seat of a VW bug driving through Pennsylvannia at better than 110 mph on anything other than the I90.
2) The ladies at Love Romance Passion have cold sheets and a penchant for earth moving. ’nuff said….
3) Never, never, never book consecutive blog dates, especially when they coincide with the most sought after conference of the year — well, we didn’t know it was going to be the most sought-after conference of the year at the time, but hindsight, and all that…
4) The staff at the Quality Inn in Richfield, Ohio totally rock. Period.
5) Did you know that when words start to blur around 2 a.m. in the morning, they actually run backwards and up the screen? It’s really cool. If you watch them long enough, they do this swirly thing at the top….
5) Readers are the most loyal, generous and wonderful people on the planet earth. I love you all to pieces. It was great to load up a guest blog page, and find that not only did I actually have comments, but often, it was the same people, over and over again. Readers were actually following me around on the tour. It not only made me feel warm and fuzzy, but it impressed the hell out of the people that were hosting me. So thanks. Thanks heaps. I don’t know what else to say.

(Giggling uncontrollably)
Glad you enjoyed your blog tour, can’t wait until you do another!!
I wonder, will your pink boots make another appearance one day?
BTW, thanks for the email pic. :)
Well you deserve to feel all warm and fuzzy, Tracy, we love you to pieces too.
Oh, I’m sure they will, Susan. There’s RT in April, and I haven’t had a good look at the party list for that one, yet. Then there’s RomantiCon next year, and I haven’t seen the agenda for that, yet. The conference list goes on… ~gin~
And there’s always another blog tour! I don’t know that I’ll do one as ambitious as this one for a while, though! Although at the time I booked it, it was clear skies….
Tracy
Thanks, Cathy…and don’t think I didn’t notice that you were one of those that was there at nearly every single stop! I think you missed maybe one of them! I was quite awed!
