Lost?
If you’re thinking “there’s posts all over the ***** place!!!” you’re right. There is.
But this page is here to help you find what you’re looking for. My site is huge, and there is a lot of information here. I’ve been running a blog of one sort or another for years now, and those posts add up. So do the articles, books, links, archives and more.
That’s a lot of information.
But it’s actually laid out in a structured and organized way, because I’m really a very anal and geeky writer underneath all the pretty romance covers.
Site Navigation
There is a navigation bar at the very top of the site that will let you navigation to all the primary pages.
The same page links are mirrored at the very bottom of the site, in the footer.
On every page but the Home page, there are two Sidebars, a left and a right, which is a bit misleading, because they’re both on the right. If you can’t see the right-hand sidebar, you may have your monitor resolution set very low, or have a small monitor. There should be a scroll bar at the bottom of your screen that lets you scroll to the right to reveal the second sidebar.
The right-hand sidebar has a list of every single page on the site, including major secondary pages that aren’t included in the navigation bar in the header, like temporary blog tour pages, the archives page, and so forth. There is also a complete list of the book pages, which you can also access in the navigation bar as a drop-down menu.
If you’re looking for a specific post
Despite the fact that the posts look like they’re splattered all over the place, they’re actually written in date order like a normal blog.
If you want to browse through the posts in date order like a normal blog, go to the blog page, where they list themselves in reverse chronological order, like a standard blog. This link is also available at the bottom of the blog, if scrolling to the bottom is quicker.
ALSO
The posts that show up on the home page are those that are most recent in certain categories — My Books, Romantic Suspense, and Paranormal Romance, etc. These rotate from time to time, and you will find all these posts in their correct calendar order on the blog page, too.
OR
There is a Search Box in the sidebar (scroll down, it’s under the True Blood poll), where you can type in a search term. The search function will come up with any posts or pages that match your search term, and you can select and click on the posts that interest you.
If you just want to browse the posts
There is an Archives page, where you can browse by month or by Category. Click on whatever section interests you and away you go.
OR
The Categories are all listed and linked in the Sidebar, along with all the Tags used for posts, which you can use to pull up any associated posts.
If you’re looking for a specific book
The quickest way to reach the page for any of my books is to point your mouse at the “Books” link in the navigation bar in the header at the top of the blog. As soon as you hover over the link, a drop-down menu of every book I’ve published appears, and you can select the book you’re interested in, and click on it, and that book’s page will open up.
OR
If you just want to browse through all my books, click on the “Books” link in the navigation bar, and a page will open up with links to all my books, grouped in various categories, and you can choose which books you want to look at.
OR
This same link is available at the very bottom of the site, if scrolling to the bottom is quicker.
OR
The most recent book for Tracy Cooper-Posey and Teal Ceagh are both listed in the Sidebar, so you can always click through from there if you’re anywhere but on the homepage.
OR
In the Sidebar is a list of every page available on the site, including every book I’ve published. If your monitor’s resolution is set low, or you’ve scaled up your view, you may not be able to see the second sidebar on the right, where these pages are set, and may have to scroll to the right (check to see if the scroll bar is showing at the bottom of your screen). Once you can view the righthand sidebar, you’ll be able to see the pages available, and can also click on the book you want to access via these links, too.
If you’re looking for a specific article
The articles on the Articles page are not indexed and therefore do not come up in search results if you use the search function in the sidebar. For that reason, I’ve spent a lot of time sorting them into subject groups on the Articles page. If you use the Contents listing at the top of the page to jump to the categories that interest you, you’ll find most of the articles that you need.
OR
Use Google’s Advanced Search feature to set up a search to find exactly what you want. This link will open up with the necessary options set up: You just have to plug in your interests and hit the “Advanced Search” button on the lower right for Google to find the articles that interest you.
