It’s Not Just Writers Stuck With A Day Job

Just in case you thought it was the impoverished publishing industry that was forcing you to work a day job, here’s stage actor, Susan Atwood, having a myocardial infarction over another actor juggling a day job and her “real” career, which is currently on an upswing.

The anchored actor in question is Susan Blackwell, and I’d love to add her to the Anchored Authors honour roll just because she’s the first anchored actor I’ve come across.

The Atwood blog is deliciously ironic.  Her indignation in the face of something that has just become an inherent part of my life as a creative person is hard not to smile at.
